“The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets. “Amazing property. If I could give this pace 6 stars I would still want to give more. The location was perfect. Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself……

“We visited Ventura for the first time. Oxnard is where the property is, what a quite quaint place. It is within walking distance of the beach, beautiful weather and scenery from the home. Had great food nearby, a great little corner store for anything you forgot to pack. It was an amazing vacation. Would recommend staying here and would come back again. ”

“We really enjoyed this house. Perfect spot because it’s at the end of the beach and so after about 6pm the beach totally clears out. The views are insane. The owners are very attentive and readily available if needed. The rooms are a great size and all the linens were clean. Everything was really pleasant and we will MOST DEFINITELY be staying here again. Pricing is worth it for the accommodations. ”

“We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized.
