“酒店就在公路边上，对于过路客很方便。隔音很好，没有噪音。前台接待很好，解释很清楚，由于房间没有水杯，给了我们每人一个玻璃杯。房间虽小，但对于过路住足够了。房间的设施简单了一些，只有一次性纸杯。但有空调，这是一个惊喜，对于很热的天气，很重要。总之，一切都不错。周围环境，是牧场，也不错。”

“Empfehlenswert, ohne Einschränkungen. Zimmer mit Bergblick, großzügiger SPA Bereich und sehr gutes Frühstück/ Buffet. ”

“跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨 接觸到的2位員工也很友善 離火車站，巴士站很近 步行距離五分鐘左右 酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞 不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便”

“Wood prefer to be able to have a fan in the room or the option to rent one with a security deposit. Lack of an elevator was a surprise and was difficult for me with a heart condition. The man at the desk was awesome reserving us taxi cabs a day in advance. ”

“房間比一般酒店大，樓底高且充滿空間感。浴室亦很大，有足夠地方放衣服。但可惜花灑頭座崩毀了，使用不便。早餐選擇豐富，職員親切有禮。雖然設施較舊，但可以接受。”

“Ein sehr schönes Rustikales Hotel in dem wir untergebracht worden sind. Leider keine Klimaanlage in den historischen Zimmern aber alles in allem sehr schön und historisch. Für eine Nacht war es gut. ”

“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”

“酒店交通方便，和湖边隔着一条马路，早餐很好，咖啡很香，离福森小镇开车6/7分钟，到天鹅堡也很近。顶层房间举架很低，采光也不好，不如次顶层的房间舒适。”
