“Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time. Did not need anything. Everything was provided for us. Quiet, cozy and homey. The property management group communicated very well. The beach is close and the property is well taken care of. One thing that needs improvement is the entry area. It smelled musty and reeked of wet shoes on rugs that have not been cleaned in a while. Big mud stains on the stairs leading to the living room area. Offputting for sure. All else was fantastic.”

“Unlike a regular hotel the Grey Gull feels like home. The rooms are very nicely decorated, very clean and we always come back every year we love it here so much. We highly recommend! ”

“Nice tuck sway place. Comfortable bed. The room is smaller than most. It was difficult not to make the floor wet since it is accessible shower. The kitchenette has nice pots and silverware.”

“Ceiling vault doors and open windows for sunlight during the day, cute little deck to seat out and just listen to nature. Overall the stay was wonderful would book again ”

“The light lamp provided is out of battery. It will be great to have dish washer; it is not clear how clean the dish should be washed. The instruction for sheet and bedding was not super clear. ”
