“Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Toller Blick vom Jacuzzi aufs Wasser. Auch die Sauna war toll. Leider habe ich in der Küche einige Utensilien vermisst und dafür das die Unterkunft eine Sauna und einen Pool hatte fand ich ein Handtuch pro ersonnen sehr wenig. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super. Wir hatten eine. Schöne Zeit als Familie.”

“Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und vernachlässigt. ( nicht ablaufende Waschbecken und Dusche, ekliger Whirlpool). Sauberkeit war nicht Top. Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage rochen sehr unangenehm. ( Matratzen ohne Schoner mit Flecken). Ausstattung nicht wie angegeben. ( Keine Fahrräder) Kaution wurde nur auf Nachfrage hin zurück gezahlt. Der Vermieter war nett.”

“The house is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was available easily and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. “Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée « tardive » et nous avons juste eu à prendre possession de l’appartement. L’appartement était confortable et propre. Bien équipé, on se serait crû dans une maison de famille. L’espace extérieur est sympa et agréable le matin car il y a le soleil. C’est fort agréable de regarder les pêcheurs car le Rorbusenter est avant tout un repère de pêcheurs. ”

“Completely renovated and nicely decorated old Norwegian house, right at the harbour of Glesvaen. Situated right at the harbour with great views. Equipped with everything you need. Mr Cameron is a great host and has put a lot of work in this house. There is a nice restaurant/Cafe right around the corner (The only one in the area). Nearest Supermarket is a 10 Min drive, and there are two more another 10 mins away. You can swim, explore the area by boat or on foot or just relax and enjoy quiet……

“The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“Lovely, modern apartment in a quiet area which is walkable distance to everything. Check-in process is also very easy. I would add that if you are after two separate single beds it doesn’t really have this - it is two single frames with one double mattress over the top and separate single sheets/blankets. Very comfy though. ”

One night in Bergen

"The hotel is located in perfect location, super easy to find. The room size is good and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast which is amazing with lots of variety of choices. The only concern I want to raise is that the room was extremely hot even though the temperature was set at 19 degree. I want sure if it is because the roll was facing the west side. We couldn’t stay in the room in day time and it was hard to fall into sleep. Given we only stayed there for one night, we didn’t ask for a change. "
