“Everything was clean. The photos were accurate. The location was great, nice and quite. Numerous hiking trails and streams. Our first scheduled day the property was occupied. Apparently there was a scheduling overlap. This necessitated a hotel stay. The host was apologetic and gave us an extra day on the back end of our stay. Overall it was a great place for the family to spend time together. Would do it again.”

“My husband, adult son and I loved the peaceful cabin. Sitting on the porch in the morning and evening, and listening to the birds and stream were lovely. The neighbor's dog Ruby and the goats wandering made us laugh. The cabin was cozy, and the hosts very responsive. A truly magical place”

“My wife and I had a great weekend away. We took the jeep out on the trails for the day and headed back to our awesome little stay at the covered wagon. We recommend bringing a comforter or sleeping bag. It’s easier to cool the place than warm it. It was clean and cozy! It was so nice to take a hot shower after a day full of chasing waterfalls. It’s not far from Bryd’s Adventure area where we enjoyed a delicious steak dinner and the Oark Cafe where we had a great breakfast before heading back to……

“The perfect getaway for family or just you and your spouse! Worried about leaving your dog? Bring it! They provide dog bed, bowls, and a safe outdoor kennel! Spend your morning overlooking the mountains from the tower and your evenings in the gazebo! Great hiking is within a hour drive like Glory Hole or Hawksbill Craig! Loved, loved, loved our stay! ”

“This property was great for our family to relax after hiking and mountain biking. We loved the hot tub and the views. We enjoyed day trips to Devils Den State Park, Lake Fort Smith, and White Rock Mountain. Comfortable accommodations and a well stocked kitchen.A couple things to note:-it's a charcoal grill-the driveway into the property is rough-you won't want to leave!”

“Cute house with a relaxing and beautiful view. Loved sitting on the porch or in the hot tub looking over the lake. As stated the road going to the house is a little rough, but you just take your time for that short distance to get to your little piece of heaven. Would definitely suggest this place to my friends and family!”
