“Force to rebook this alternative resort after receiving email from Expedia on 2 December saying no room for Rabianphu resort and telling me to cancel but Expedia did not come out with a replacement for me till I called them on 4 Dec for an answer.FYI,this booking is done in early October 2023 and a confirmation voucher was issued to me.When arrived at Proud Green Garden Hill resort at 1800 ,the resort say ,there wasn't any booking under my name from Expedia.Luckily,the lady manager decide to……

“Arrivée a hotel ont nous annonce quil y a aucun autres clients et que nous sommes seul je demande a garer ma voiture sous abris pour la pluie ou le soleil puisque il y a un parking 2 voitures ont me dit non au cas ou du monde arrive ?! Serieux ?! La le personnels prend sont scooters et le met en travers pour bloqué les 2 places ! La chambre hotel sens urines, la douche est au gaz et parfois la flamme se coupe seul laissant juste odeur de gaz et eau geler. On nous dit petit déjeuner sûrement……
