“這次入住的房間剛好面對游泳池和山景，環境相當不錯，房間也很寬敞。飯店門口有一間 7-11，可說是加分項目。 不過，飯店位置稍嫌不便，距離各主要景點都有一段路程。雖然看似離真心市集很近，但實際上走路過去並不現實。 基本上去哪裡都需要叫車前往。 此外，飯店下方資訊標示「24 小時應要求提供免費機場來回接駁車」，但實際情況與描述不符： 入住當天我們於晚上11點抵達清邁，飯店卻回覆說晚上不提供接送服務。 退房當天需要前往機場，請飯店協助叫車，結果被告知需要付費。我還不如自己叫車，既方便又省事。 整體來說，雖然硬體設施不錯，但服務細節與宣傳不符，稍顯遺憾。”

“優點 1.樓層的安全做得不錯 有獨立的安全門，要有房卡才能進入 2.空間寬敞，設備齊全，客廳的設計讓人覺得很舒適 3.床的品質不錯 4.空調很穩定 5.陽台很寬敞，我很喜歡 缺點 1.入住時，臥房角落有大量毛髮沒有清理，沙發底下有前幾位房客留下來的垃圾，可見清潔很隨便。 2.地板是塑膠貼皮地板，凹凸不平，對於硬體設施的管理有待加強 3.洗澡的水壓不足，溫度忽冷忽熱 4.入住當天不小心打翻水在地毯上，通知清潔人員處理後，地毯就再也沒有回來了，也是清潔人員的問題 5.早餐區，第一天沙拉區有大量蒼蠅，令人不悅，第二天早餐時段卻在做環境調整，只有提供麵包與點餐服務，連牛奶罐都空的，要問才有，向服務人員詢問有沒有起司跟火腿，男性服務人員直接回答沒有，快吃飽的時候，女性服務人員才問說有沒有需要起司與火腿，員工教育很差。 6.部分窗簾很難使用”

“The condo was amazing! Nice living room, TV included Netflix! fully functional kitchen, also a washer for cleaning clothes. The building was beautiful and very secure. Rooftop pool was over the top incredible! Hosts were perfect! Only down side was there were not a lot of dining options within walking distance. We went to Old Town for most of our meals. (about 1 mile away). Walkable, but we also got tired of walking, so took Grab a lot (about $3). I would definitely stay here again! ”

“The room was a bit outdated and in worse shape than it was on the photos. Other than that we had a really nice time in the condo. All of our small issues (forgetting our card in our room, extending our stay) we could easily communicate with the host through WhatsApp who quickly organized help for us within his team. The pool is very nice, though the sauna of the building is also a little bit out of shape. All in all I could only recommend this condo.”
