“We live just an hour or so away but were in town for Kool April Nights event. ( but Weather was hot! ) Excellent location and very friendly staff. Price was reasonable. As expected the smoke from the Casino was noticeable at the lobby & check in, but the rest of the hotel it was not at all. The room was neat, clean, modern and showed very little wear. Beds were very comfy all bedding was fresh and clean. Being a janitorial service owner for many years I always check for cleanliness. Win River……

“We had a great time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway after all the holiday festivities and we wanted to be able to drive up to the Mt. Shasta area, which was about an hour away. The home itself was in a calm and quiet neighborhood, it was large and spacious for 5 people and a small dog. It was raining that weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the backyard as we would have liked, but during the summer I'm sure the pool……
