Seabrook's Acres Away: Dog Friendly, Hot Tub!
Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.
Wake up to a view of the sun rising over the pasture while still only being a quick walk from shops and the beach. This house in the brand new Farm District is furnished to make your beach trip as relaxing or active and adventurous as you desire.
House Features:
- In the Farm district directly across from the pasture.
- Gas burning fireplace
-Hot tub (six person) set far back from the street making it feel private and secluded
-Hot/cold hose bib for rinsing off sandy feet
-Gas barbecue, wood fire pit, and ample comfortable seating in large outdoor space
-Washer and dryer
-Wrap around porch with Adirondack chairs and a view of the pasture
-Close proximity to tennis courts, pickle ball court, park, basketball courts, and Horseshoe park
-Collection of books, DVDs, board games, and puzzles
-Sports equipment, including basketball, soccer ball, football, beach volleyball, pickle ball set, and boogie board
-Beach tent/shelter, beach chairs, and beach towels
Main floor: The first floor of the house features a mudroom, primary bedroom, full bathroom (bathtub/shower combo), living room, dining area, and spacious kitchen. Notable features of each room are included below.
Primary: King sized bed with Posturepedic mattress, TV and Blu-ray player (no cable but option for Netflix login)
Living room: Gas fireplace, 42 TV with cable, Xbox 360 (with option for Netflix login), Kinect, controllers, and small selection of Xbox 360 games
Kitchen and Dining Room: Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you need to make a gourmet meal, Granite countertops, Gas stovetop and oven

Second floor: The second floor features a media room, bedroom, full bathroom (bathtub/shower combo), and bunk room. Notable features for each room are included below.

Bunk room: Two bunk beds (four twin XL bed) with 12" memory foam mattresses, Storage underneath bunkbeds
