“Lovely little cottage that is pet friendly, . Clean and well equipped, except the toaster didnt work and no coffee filters. Vey comfortable and cozy..very close to beach. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed using the deck. The Surfside Pub is just iup the street as well as a small grocery. We will definitely return.”

“This was our first of many stays here! If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. The home was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The beach is right down the hill and walkable or you can drive and it only takes a minute. The property manager was very prompt in responding to messages and very kind! “We had a wonderful stay at this Seabrook cottage! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in town. The home was spotless, cozy, and very dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The host was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Seabrook and will definitely be back again!”

“This was a nice family getaway weekend! We enjoyed our stay here, and loved being able to walk to the beach! The home is a 1970s home that has mostly been updated, but still retains the vintage feel. Lots of room for all 11 of us! Many items are available for guest use! Some things feel a little aged, but the home was clean and comfortable and the owners were very prompt in communicating! ”

“This house was just lovely. From the fireplace to the decks to the well-stocked kitchen, fluffy bath towels, plus towels for the hot tub, and the view of the ocean through the trees-it was a great experience. Oh, and it was only about two blocks to the business area. The host was very responsive, although we never needed anything. We just needed to communicate about a delayed arrival.”

“No check in desk required; you get a text with your room number and door code. So easy and quick, The person who sent me my text was great, helpful and offered early access to my room. I loved it. Room is clean and nicely done with electric fireplace, mini frig, microwave and coffee. I found the bed comfortable. You are literally steps away from the jetty and the viewing tower. I loved my stay. ”
