“Absolutely an excellent location, one block from the Beach; two blocks from the lovely Pier. Many stores nearby, pharmacies, barbers and salons, laundries, groceries, cool bars - and many excellent restaurants, at all price levels. In fact one of the areas prettiest & Best Restaurants - Azafran, is right downstairs; on site. The young Head Chef is ultra talented; and knowledgeable about His Craft, Food and Wines.
