The room we stayed in was called a cottage, but when we arrived it was a connected unit above a parking space and up a full flight of stairs. Inside, the connecting door between the two rooms was broken, meaning it stopped being two rooms. There were ants in the bathroom. The bathroom had a shower/tub with a deep tub and without safety bars that would be awful for anyone with mobility issues. Also, bewared the hot water, it came out scorching hot. The furniture was dated and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaked loudly, enough to interrupt the sleep of people in the other room. When we went to check out the following morning, there was a note on the office door saying, "back soon" so there wasn't an opportunity to give any feedback at the time. Btw, the woman who checked us in was very friendly, but they could probably use more staff. The grounds were really pretty and well maintained, but the room could definitely use some help.
