“Cute property in a great location. Nicely updated while maintaining original charm. Minor issues with hot water in one of the showers. Super clean, had everything we needed. Information about staying at the property, including specific instructions, were clear & to-the-point. We were 4 adult occupants to the 6 or 7 max limit; 3 adults sharing one of the 2 tiny bathrooms for a week was a bit...challenging. I couldn't recommend it for 6 or 7 adults who are accustomed to more space but we did……

“Location is great about 6 houses from beach and 2 blocks from restaurants. House is as described, check in and out a breeze. One tiny point for improvement would be privatizing the glass for both the front and back doors. Literally, anyone walking by can see in through the mostly plain glass front door. ”

“We reserved 5 houses for the first weekend in May 2025 for family coming to Pacific Grove. They were all coming for our wedding! We held the ceremony and reception in our backyard on 19th street and it was great to have them just a few blocks away. We had family and friends from10 different states, most visiting PG for the first time. Your house was instrumental in creating a great 1st impression to PG for these 1st time visitors.The houses were perfect and only a 5 minute walk to our house……
