“The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“This place is amazing great people the only problem I have is that they try to force tips on you by secretly adding it to your bill. Tips should be earned not all staff deserve a tip. I was at the rooftop patio and had the most horrible server I had to get my own water get up and request napkins at the bar because my server failed to do his job by stereotyping people who he thought had money he attended to well. But little did he know I came with plenty of it in US dollars and tipped very……

“We got two rooms and both of them were always clean, no need to remind anyone for clean towels or toilet paper. Every staff member staring from when we fist arrived which was Sergio was amazing and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and mall. Food is amazing, you can order what you like at any time of the day. If you’re looking for a safe clean place .. you need to consider this hotel and location. ”
