“Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”

“There is no heating in room, contrary to web site saying heatn is available. Hotwater from sink was hotter than from shower! Ended using sink tap to shower.Even windows do not open. Hotel is generally tired looking. Noisy corridor. Locaton of hotel is very good, Staff were very good and service was 10/10. My gripe is the room!”
