We absolutely loved our stay here. So quiet and peaceful! We lived our walks down to the beach and the views are worth everything! We will be back.

Property is nice with amazing views. Room was dated with walls that needed to be scrubbed clean. We visited in October and it seemed like many of the food amenities were not as good as we hoped. Pizza place didn’t have silverware and coffee shops espresso machines was broken. Pool was great and exterior was in good shape.

We stayed here to be close to the Antelope Canyon tours we had booked. The place is beautiful. Room was clean and roomy, the food at the pub was good (there were 2 tour buses there so we did not get into the restaurant on site). There is a laundramat at their campground that we found helpful since we had been on the road for a week at this point

We checked in around 6:30/7:00p.m. and were told our rooms were not ready. What do you do? It's dark, your dirty, tired and just want to relax.

Das Hotel liegt im Glen Canyon Reservation Area weshalb man einen Pass braucht um in das Gebiet des Hotels zu kommen. Und dies kostet 30$ pro Fahrzeug für 1 Woche. Das Check-in hat lange gedauert, da nur eine Person für die Rezeption zuständig war. Als wir dann am Zimmer ankamen und die Tür öffneten befand sich plötzlich schon eine Familie in dem Zimmer. Als wir dann nochmals bei der Rezeption waren und reklamiert haben, mussten wir weitere 35min warten, bis sich das Problem lösten. Die anderen Menschen mussten dann auch umso länger warten, da das Hotelpersonal uns ein falsches Zimmer ausgehändigt hat. Von den wartenden Gästen in der Schlange haben wir dann erfahren, dass sie auch das selbe Problem hatten wie wir. Am zweiten Tag gab es dann nicht einmal Zimmerservice und wir mussten dann wieder zur Rezeption und uns Handtücher holen. Das Hotel selbst war auch nicht mehr im Besten Zustand und ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.

place and view is really good，but the room was not good and the service was really bad. Took around 2-3 hours to check in and also need to wait for clean room after check in……waste a lot of time and enengy. Another thing is the light，arriving light hard to find the room place cause it have 3-4 buildings.

Absolutely HORRIBLE organization. Our check in time was 4:00pm and here we are at 9:30pm still waiting for our room. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They hire out of country workers and when they leave they have no game plan for staffing and leave you out of luck in the middle of the dessert. No phone call when they started to get behind on cleaning. We were just told we still have a few hour wait for our room at 9:30 at night.

Great way to start a Lake Powell trip. Even without a boat you can do so much at this resort plenty of gorgeous views- I will be booking another weekend here for sure

Resort with 2 pools, tasty restaurant, beautiful grounds with excellent surrounding red-rock scenery and Lake Powell views. Great star-gazing country! The room itself was a bit dated and could use some updating, but suited our needs as we didn't spend much time in the room.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. That alone might make it worth your stay. But the rooms are very outdated and way below the level I would have expected. The main restaurant is gorgeous but be aware that you will pay $20 for breakfast. There is apparently a "resort fee" to even use the pools (which are amazing) but that wasn't even an option for us because they were closed.
