Amazing Vacation Rental! Everything tip-top quality, plus a 4th bathroom added spring of 2025! (pictures will be added when available).

Plan an exciting trip to one of the best areas of the country. Centrally located in Canyon Country and the middle of the Grand Circle, you will be able to visit many exciting destinations including Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon and much more! Bring your boats, trailers, off-road vehicles, there is plenty of space for all. ATVs can be ridden right off the back of the property onto the surrounding trails. Watch the sunset on the large covered deck as it falls across the Vermillion Cliffs. Let the kids play in the huge backyard grassy area.

Inside you'll find plenty to do with the large open concept great room with fully stocked kitchen, seating for 16 at the dining, bar area and nook, and a large 60" flat screen TV. The downstairs has an oversized projector screen for great movie-watching and a game area set up with ping pong and game table. This home has 1 King Bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin rollaway beds. All the furniture is comfortable for winding down after a long day playing outdoors. There are two Heat Pumps/ACs to keep you cool in summer and warm in the winter. Property is fully fenced with a separate dog area with access into the corner of the garage for those hot days for your pet. Inquire about our rules for bringing your pet (max 2 allowed and pet fee applies). This property is truly amazing!

Convenient Property

This is a really nice and well-maintained property, the owners are very nice and communication with the owners is so easy, the location of the property is so convenient which is close to almost everything in Page, grocery stores, restaurants, points of interest. Great family landing!

Spacious for our kids and grandkids. The garage space and proximity to stores and town, and the lake were awesome. The backyard was fun for my young grandkids after a long drive. Everyone agreed we would stay here again.

This house is spacious and well equiped

This house by far exceeds expectations. With great sun rise sunset views and it’s alike two houses under one roof. CLEAN and roomy. We planned for a half marathon as a family of 9 but could of had room for many more. Plenty of floor space and kitchen was stocked. Again very clean. Just can’t recommend enough for small family or large group.

Fantastic place in great location

This was an awesome house to stay in. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again. One day we kayaked down the Colorado river and started at glen canyon and got out at Lees Ferry. Would highly recommend. We booked through kayakhorseshoebend.com and they were great!

Great for large families

House and parking were perfect! We could park the boats on the side of the house and they even had an open garage. Kitchen has plenty of space for seating- although we never cooked, it looked well equipped. We would stay again for sure.

Great trip!

Great Family Reunion

Perfect Location!

There was a group of friends, 10 of us, that were in town for the Antelope Canyon race. We tried to find a house big enough for all of us to gather, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and close to the race site. Oh, and it had to have a view and a firepit. So, we had a lot of requests. This house had eveverything! We were 1.8 miles from the race site, stores and restaurants were only a few miles away and all of the aid stations that my husband could see me at were less than 5 miles from the house. We travel quite a bit for races and I am always the one tasked with finding accommodations. I always worry if everyone is going to like the house I pick out. Everyone raved about it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
