“We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump……
“From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened.
For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but……
