Great location and great kitchen

Our visit was mostly great and the location was perfect for us.The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook often in our 4 day stay. However, neither coffee maker worked right - glad we brought our pour over set with us! However, the owner failed to inform in the listing that the dining patio was not at all available. The outdoor dining table and chairs were out in the lawn and the downstairs patio was tarped off. So even if we had decided to eat out there we’d have to carry everything down the stairs, through the garage, and around the side of the building. Also the patio furniture on the other decks were really pretty worn and the decks were very dirty. Certainly not conducive to a lovely beverage at sunset sort of deck. And as noted in previous reviews- the carpets, the dining chair upholstery, and the sofas are still stained and worn. And the sofa reclining functions are broken. All in all it was fine, and great if you don’t plan to spend a lot time at the house.

A Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway!

The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa!

Spring Break Skiing Visit

Great property. Convenient to town, and right off the local walking trail. The kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer to cook your meals. I think that they could use a few more spoons (this is such a minor complaint, but it's the only thing I could think of).

Beautiful river view

Comfortable and convenient. This was the perfect home base for our vacation. Walking distance to hot springs, and a short drive to Wolf Creek ski lodge. The view of the river from the back porch was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and roomy

Very nice condo building right along the river in very quiet neighborhood. The unit has a very nice set-up with a very roomy master suite. Dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable. We also loved having laundry and gas fireplace.

Could use some TLC

Overall ok, all the fabrics, towels, couches, carpet, could be replaced. Towels had holes, couches were dirty and reclining mechanisms don’t work properly. The condo is pretty just needs a little TLC.

You get what you pay for

The good: Location and layout match listing. Things I would have liked to know when booking: 1) This is listed by a rental agency, and is not managed by the owner. 2) The master bed and bedding are of poor quality. We haven’t slept so badly in a long time. 3) The kitchen knives are dangerously dull. 4) The Roku does not work. It may be a case of you get what you pay for, as it is listed lower than similar condos.

Good property and location.

Cleanliness lacking. General cleaning was below par - carpets, windows, floors, walls. Personal belongings shoved into closets. Bunk beds had a cheeto and old sock, washing machine mildew, towels old, etc. Just general cleaning stuff. But the place has good potential, well equipped in the kitchen. Would stay again if assured that the housekeeping was up to par.

Beauty Pagosa Springs Condo

This is a lovely condo! Perfect accommodations for our family. Everything you could possibly need was provided! Beautifully decorated but felt very much like home. With a newborn and a toddler in toe, a later check-out was given which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely property located near the heart of Pagosa Springs. The property was well taken care of and decorate very nicely. If you do plan on staying here I would suggest getting the garage code to help save you from climbing extra stairs. And I would also recommend getting an egg crate for the beds. The beds are very hard and needed some extra cushion. Besides these two minor things we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a very nice well put together property and situated in the heart of Pagosa Springs.

Perfectly Located Condo

Condo was convenient to downtown and not too far from Wolf Creek. Nice condo for a family. We were here during “ snow hurricane “, but this place would be gorgeous in the summer.

Kids had a blast

Great location! Plenty of space. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely be back. Wifi strength didn't work with master bedroom TV only con. Everything else was wonderful. We had a great trip.
