Time for fishing, hiking, boating or just relaxing! A great CO experience!

Lakefront log cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open floor plan, mountain views, deck, loft bedroom with king sized-bed and gas fireplace makes this a magical Colorado experience. Downstairs queen bedroom. Fenced yard keeps your pets and kids safe. Fishing right in front of the house! Paddle boat and kayaks provided.
Watch the fish jump and the geese, ducks and muskrats frolic in the lake!
Deer often visit in the evening.
Close to trails for hiking and mountain biking . Five minutes to golf and our recreation center. . We are only 12 minutes away from town on a paved road so you can check out the river and our world famous natural hot springs.
Can be rented with VRBO #609748 next door for larger groups.
You are in a log house on a lake so there might harmless spiders, deer, porcupines, muskrats, raccoons and lots of ducks.
Pets allowed with approval.

Joan was a kind and wonderful host. She was responsive but didn't interfere with our family time and gave us some extra time when checking in. This place is perfect for a family get away with the pets. Super cute and cozy, awesome view of the lake and wildlife that resides there. Close to town and shopping. Would love to stay again!

The location was absolutely beautiful, but the cabin was not as expected. We had difficulty getting into the home. Keypads did not work and my husband found a key on an outside light. The cabin was in poor condition and not clean.

A cozy, well equipped cabin with a nice deck and fenced yard for our dog. Lots of wildlife, both 4 and 2 legged. Enjoyed hiking Coyote Hill and Power Line. Our hostess, Joan, was very responsive and so pleasant. We enjoyed our time there.

The cabin is beautiful and well laid out. We hiked, fished, Kayaked and relaxed. The only unexpected thing was the nearby airport which had more traffic than expected. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need. We cooked daily and all pots and utensils were there.

The cabin is located at the end of Pagosa Lake. Exceptional views all day long. Great back yard and deck for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. The cabin itself is showing signs of age and could use some Upgrades and Updates to make stays more pleasant. Likewise for the yard. None of the gates to the yard open and the deck has nails and wood splinters poking out so you cannot go barefoot. I would stay here again due to the exceptional views but would encourage the owner to invest in her property to make it even better.

This place was wonderful- just like advertised. Right on the water, quiet neighborhood, gorgeous views, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, wonderful host. In addition to the water activities, the local area had great hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and other scenic activities. I would highly recommend this vacation rental, and we plan to come back again.

Cabin away from home, we watched the lake with the sunrise and fabulous sunset! Families of Geeze and the Ducks Owels and all of the beauty of the mountains waking up was so special and a gift. The cabin was so comfortable and welcoming! It was very clean, well-stocked and the pictures don't do the decor justice. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to watch the fish jump and a family of geese visit. The living room looks out on to the lake and was nice to sit in it on cool mornings while sipping coffee. There are two kayaks and a peddle boat available to use. Kayaking on the lake was relaxing and it was fun to watch the bald eagles, osprey and blue heron fish. The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from restaurants, a grocery store and the downtown shops and hot springs. We visited Chimney Rock National Monument and Mesa Verde National Park during our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Pagosa Springs.

The cabin was very nicely furnished and filled with all the needed kitchen items. It was very clean and had extra bedding if needed. The property manager is very responsive to any questions or needs that might arise. The view on the lake was amazing and sitting on the back porch watching the sunset and the sunrise each day was wonderful. Having a garage to park in was very helpful! It allowed us to take off our wet gear and stay nice and clean inside. Our dogs loved being able to go out back and we didn't have to worry because the yard is fenced in. Close to all amenities and hiking destinations. This was the perfect location for our visit to Pegosa. 10/10
