The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, beautiful views and large walk thru closet that leads to the laundry room. The master includes an en suite large bathroom with above counter sinks, private water closet, large tub and walk in shower. Master walks out to back deck to enjoy the relaxing porch swing and watch the stars or passing wildlife. Upstairs, you will find 2 nice rooms each with a queen bed, + office area and plenty of room to play. On the 2nd floor loft area you will also find great Pagosa Peak mountain views and common large bathroom with walk in shower. The floor below the main level has another bedroom with a full bed and fun room for kids to play games, walk out sliding doors and another full bathroom.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC.
Garage is available for use.
