You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area.
Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play.
This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.
