Cleanliness is our top priority, we disinfect, sanitized and fresh linens for every guest.

EV car owners! We now offer a 220/240 volt 30 amp outlet outside of the home for easy access just bring your necessary cords and adapters. We charge for use of this service. Please message us if you need it.

This listing property sits in 1.25 acre lot with a double wide manufactured home placed in front and 2 rvs (camper trailers) in the back. All 3 units are listed in short term rental platform. Please DO NOT DISTURB other units. If you need anything, message and I will respond back quickly.

Noise levels are to be kept generally low.

Quiet Hours are between
9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of the property.
Please be respectful to others.

(Sorry NO smoking inside the house and NO pets allowed) Undisclosed pets will result cancellation of reservation.

NOTE: Pahrump is a rural area and are some farm animals in the neighborhood but not on this property!

"My cozy place is good for couples, solo adventurer, families, business travelers, traveling doctors, nurses, retirees and physical therapist or just looking for a quiet weekend getaway and to look up and see a blanket of stars.

While staying in our double wide trailer home you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful desert sunsets and unobstructed mountain views all situated within a quiet rural neighborhood setting and also the reason we chose a fashionably rustic look for the kitchen... and is newly remodeled.

Ample parking:
Guest are welcome to use the carport and the additional ushape parking in front of the house!

House is equipped with a 40 gallon water heater, please conserve hot water for others to shower.
5 ton air condition/heat pump unit gives this home cold air in summer and cozy during winter.

Pahrump VRBO Stay

This was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed at! It is located just outside of Pahrump and was one of the best well stocked homes we have stayed at. Everything was very clean and well laid out. The host even went to the trouble of placing labels on EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, which made it very easy for us to identify where things were. Our host, Antonio, was very responsive through the whole process before, during and after our stay. My wife and I highly recommend this location to anyone who may be staying in the Pahrump area.

A wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving

Stayed here with family. We really enjoyed this house and everything was so very clearly labelled, no guessing which light switch did what! Place was clean, well stocked, and just the right size for two couples. Delightful! Quiet neighborhood is a plus.

Good location

Everything went well. The house was very clean and well stocked and the neighborhood was quiet. Good location for visiting Death Valley and Red Rocks Canyon as Pahrump is about halfway between the two. I would suggest having a separate bin for recycling, and a welcome booklet that provides information on local restaurants and places to visit. For example there's a cool little museum in town. 4 and 1/2 stars overall.

It was, spacious living area and bedrooms were sunken

Owner was very responsive and helpful as mentioned above the living room and bedrooms were sunken so if your traveling with children or older folks this may not be the best spot. The cookware could use updating. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quite. Beautiful sunsets. Wish there was more outdoor seating.

Beautiful small home in Pahrump

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely two bedroom home. Very clean, well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner, Antonio, responded quickly to the one issue (which was completely my fault) and promptly solved this. I highly recommend this property when looking for lodging in Pahrump.

Great place to stay

Very cute and clean house. The owner was very helpful when the door code was not working properly. He had it fixed right away. The neighborhood was quiet. Close to Front Sight which we really liked. I will be staying there again when going to Front Sight.

Perfect for what we needed.

Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room. We stayed for five nights and the two bedroom two bath was perfect for the three of us. Close to front sight and nice to have room to spread out in the evening.

Coldest night sleep i have had

The property was clean. Only complaint is that we were absolutly freezing. My wife and I stayed with my brother and his wife while we were doing some frontsight training. Thier room was fine but you could see your breath in ours and the beding was minimal, no extra blankes or anything, ended up sleeping in layers including a coat. Will not stay at this one again.

Perfect Frontsight Stay

The MOST comfortable beds we have been in when not at home!!!! The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with the right stuff and some extra spices which was really nice. A great size for the three of us, four would have been a good number as well. Thank you for sharing your home.
