“I was very upset since our private room that we booked was not available and we had to sleep in a dormitory bunk bed. It was very unprofessional that the owner wanted us to pay the same amount for that’s room so we negotiated for a lower price. Our room did not have a working lock and 1 of the lights didn’t not work. I felt bad for the staff since they were very accommodating but the owners should have planned better. They did not know about this Expedia booking.”
