“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect spot for a getaway, and we’d definitely love to come back. “Everything was as described and nothing lacking. The place was clean, fully stocked from kitchen to linens to toys. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water and pressure. We grilled, kayaked, and had a pit fire on the point one night. The panoramic view from east to west and more might be the best we’ve ever seen. The whole family wants to come again!”

“Home is perfectly situated on a calm finger of Watts Bar - one of the better fishing lakes in Tennessee. Inside was very clean upon entering, and was stocked with a bunch of snacks, drink mixes, and a coffee bar downstairs. Small touches that made a big difference in our weekend! Probably the comfiest beds and pillows out of any rental / hotel I’ve stayed in. Immediate sleep. Host was great and clearly knows how to run a rental. Great stay!”

“Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!”
