“Had such an amazing time! The place was so peaceful, and the stars at night were unreal. The accommodation was pretty basic, but for the price? Totally worth it! “This house in the perfect location and a lovely design. However it's very tired and needs some serious love.If I had paid perhaps up to 400 per night this would have been somewhat acceptable but to pay over 700 night was exorbitant!It was booked a few weeks beforehand which left me with very minimal choice, however the photos left me with the impression that it was a well maintained property.”

“The bach is a perfect spot for exploring Te Tauihu (the top of the South Island). Positioned on the beach at Pākawau, there is always a beach walk or birds to watch.
