“Stayed for 2 nights had booked 4 rooms checking was 12.30pm 3rooms was not available till 2pm 4th one wasn't available had to book elsewhere 1 room. Staff was rude and aragnt breakfast supposed to be included charged us. Booked double and single beds in each rooms was given 1 double bed in room. Electrics was giving shock when touched cleaning wasn't done. Double bed and a mattress was given to put on floor and sleep refused refund even it's hotels faults. Over booking. Charging £15 to use……
“Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell!
I enjoyed my stay mostly.”
“Do not stay in this property! The owner refused to acknowledge our guest house booking upon arrival. After arguing and showing them the Orbitz receipt, the owner tried to put us in a 3 person sleep room while we booked it for 5 people. At last, they put us in 5 person suite as booked on Orbitz. They did not provide any towels. In the morning they refused to provide free breakfast as booked on Orbitz. ”
“Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. ”
