Villa Laurana ZadarVillas

Villa Laurana is what you should be looking for if you want to spend a relaxed holiday. Villa Laurana is a unique place with private pool, surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards near Biograd and Zadar.

Visiting that villa you will feel as though you have just plunged into a home decor journal. The essence of the wood combined with natural stones are outstanding. Everything about Villa Laurana is different from anything that you have ever experienced. This family villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 persons. Even if you´re alone on your vacation, this stunning villa will make you feel just like at home.
Opposite the house on a green meadow owner has made a small playground for children where they will be able to see domestic animals.
Wine and other organic products produced by owner will also be available for you to enjoy!
You'll taste some fresh specialities like peka ( traditional Dalmatian meal), prosciutto , seasonal vegetables, extra virgin oil.

There are over 40 kilometers of the bike routes going all around the Vrana Lake. In our offer we have bikes for our guests.

Traumhaft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber alles, alle drei Zimmer haben ein eigenes WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist perfekt und für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Küche kann man kochen und sogar grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Selten so ein in sich stimmiges Haus gesehen von der Machart, den Möbeln und sogar der Deko. Jeden Morgen um 7.30 Uhr kommt abwechselnd der Bäcker oder der Lebensmittelverkäufer mit seinem Bus vorbei und hält direkt vor dem Haus. Der Vraner See ist mit dem Auto in 5 Min. erreichbar und Pakostane in 10 Min. Von der Eigentümerin Martina haben wir Käse, Schinken, Eier, Olivenöl und Wein geschenkt bekommen. Der Kontakt ist sehr liebenswürdig und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

An excellent host and a very pleasant place

We enjoyed the time in Vrana very much. Martina is an excellent host (who even cooked one evening for us) and was available at any time when we needed her. The area is also very nice with the Krka and Kornat National parks within short reach. The house is perfectly described in the announcement.

Sehr schönes, uriges und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Nette Vermieterin, welche uns mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt hatte und uns sehr köstlich bekochte. Herzlichen Dank an Martina und Familie. Ganz großes Lob und Daumen nach oben.

Beautiful property, tranquil location & close to two lovely towns

We stayed at Martina's house with our two sons aged 4 and 1, the location is rural and very quiet which was perfect for us. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Martina had everything we could need for our two sons including cots and high chair. The pool is lovely and also very private. The property is a short 10 min drive away from two towns which were really nice and on the water front. Lots of restaurants and lots to do for the children. Martina was a great host and cooked us a few meals including a traditional Croatian meal which was a really nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.
