“We have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is our first time in Guadalajara and the hotel is in an excellent location. It is convenient for transit options or walking. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. The housekeeping staff do an incredible job of keeping the space clean. “Los departamentos están bien, son agradables y tranquilos, solo que en lo personal me hubiera gustado que se esmeraran más las personas de limpieza. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que los aires acondicionados huelen mal necesitan una buena limpieza o mantenimiento. Otra cosa que los anfitriones no tienen culpa es que las personas no cuidan las instalaciones, son a veces los huéspedes cochinos o simplemente sin valores. “We stayed there for a week; everything went smoothly. Our only complaint is the taxi recommendation to go to another town. We suffered the whole round trip without A/C on a hot day, plus the driver came with a sick boy( they aren't going to use that guy anymore!). Our room was clean and tidy, the staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious, and it was quiet. We are happy that we stayed there.”
