“Property manager Kim, always answered when called. Major hurricane passed through about two weeks prior. Neighbors are quiet. About 15 roosters live near. Could have been cleaned better. “Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. ”
