Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and your choice of a full-size futon with a comfortable innerspring mattress or a sofa, ideal for couples or small families.
The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nuwave burner, and electric skillet—everything you need to prepare simple meals. You’ll also have access to two grills on the shared patio: a gas grill and a classic Old Smokey charcoal grill.
Unwind in the spacious walk-in shower, complete with a built-in bench, rain shower head, body jets, and a handheld wand for a spa-like experience.

🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking indoors, on the porches, or near any doors. You’re welcome to smoke near the front of our blue house, under the trees.
🐱 No Cats
Cats are strictly prohibited due to a severe allergy. Please help us maintain a safe environment for all guests.
🐟 Fish Cleaning
Please do not clean fish inside the apartment. A designated cleaning station is available near the bay, just past the boat ramp.
🚗 Parking
We'll send you a text with detailed parking instructions before your arrival.
Do not park in active driveways under any circumstances.
