“Great stay and would stay again. Some nice touches like free water bottles and wine in the room, ash’s bed was very comfy. The only things that made it not 5 stars were; the towel radiator was making a dripping noise the whole time, which was annoying and secondly for some reason even when you turn out all of the lights the ceiling still has an accent light on. The only way to turn it off is to take the card out, which then turns off the air con. ”

“Une incompréhension de l’hôte qui ne trouvait pas ma réservation car j’avais réservé avec Hôtel.com et il me disait ne pas travailler avec Hôtel.com alors qu’il avait mon nom et mon numéro de réservation et en fait Hôtel.com appartient à Expedia il n’a pas fait le lien entre les deux. Il a fallu contacter Expédia par téléphone qui on contacté l’hôte pour lui expliquer ensuite l’hôte a bien voulu me donner le code de la boîte à clé pour enfin accéder à l’appartement. Une fois à l’intérieur nickel……
