Need better cleanliness. Hotel Spa is a disaster.

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best ..."

Claresta hotel - Unbelievably bad

"On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water ..."
