“We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.”

Kahvaltı alanı kucuk oldugu için insan kötü zannediyor. Ama hem çeşit fazla hem de çok kaliteli ürünler. Hatta sonraki gün baska sehirde daha pahalı ve büyük yerde kaldık. Manzara süper, genişti ama yediğimiz kahvaltilik urunleri cok kotuydu. Yorumlarda kahvaltisi guzel diyenler doğru soylemis. Bina cok eski ve oda icerisindeki esyalar da……
