“We did not stay went to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Bugs all over the room and the floor clearly was not washed since the last guests left. Shower was dirty and fridge still had food spill from previous geusts inside. We left and found alternative accommodation as room was not fit for a stay. Very disappointed given the fee they charged.”

“The lodge is okaish we just slept over enroute to Zimbabwe. It is clean that you can't fault it. Avoid a room with a shower as the showers are very impractical, they slunt to the centre so its difficult to balance in the shower. My husband actually fell. We booked during the night online as it was last minute. The only person who was there when we arrived was a guard who had no idea we were coming . We booked an executive room and he had no idea what that room was. Same with reception Lady the……

“Das Hotel sah aus, als sei es geschlossen - keine Menschen, ungepflegt, dunkel. Überhaupt nicht einladend! Die Rezeptionistin fand meine Reservation nicht und fing an, herum zu telefonieren. Dann zeigte sie mir das Zimmer, auch der Pool war völlig ungepflegt. Sie sagte, es würden Renovationsarbeiten durchgeführt. Auch war das Restaurant geschlossen und das WiFi funktionierte nicht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass keine anderen Gäste anwesend seien. Eine Übernachtung hier ist nicht zumutbar!!! ICH……
