“Cute farm house. We were just disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We chose the place because they had a hot tub. Everything else was nice and clean and comfortable. Shower on the main level was extremely tiny. Owners did let us know before our trip that they were trying to get the hot tub fixed, but it was still disappointing.”

“Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. ”

The setting is truly special—with orchards, the Colorado river to walk along, and a lovely patio that overlooks the orchards and a serene pond. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs each morning—such treat! It is the perfect spot to spend a weekend. Highly recommend!”

“The house was nice! Received a call at 6:30 from the property manager saying my house guests had to leave at 7:45! I was feeding people for my daughter’s birthday we were not loud but was told that people had to leave!!! She was not very accommodating….”

“What a perfect little getaway close to everything Pallasades has to offer. It was to adult males this trip and since we spent most the day out exploring the space was not to small and had all the necessary conveniences. Fill the fridge and cook or grill there and enjoy the patio for a cup of coffee and sun on your face. It would also be great for 2 close couples to use the space for a home base during several days of hiking or wineries. We will be back!”
