I have to say, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with Marriott. We travel frequently to the U.S., and because our son has celiac disease, we always look for accommodations with a full kitchen. Marriott has consistently been our trusted choice for five years—until now. From the moment we arrived, we were shocked. The entrance looked more like an auto repair shop than a hotel, with people working on cars in the parking lot. It set the tone for an extremely disappointing stay. The room was in terrible condition. The carpet and walls were dirty, TV cables were hanging, and the space felt neglected—especially the kitchen cabinets. The inside of the refrigerator was rusty, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the faucet had barely any water pressure. The shower curtain was broken, and the room had a persistent odor. We arrived late and tried to make the best of it, but even the beds were a problem. Our two 12-year-old kids couldn’t fit comfortably. The air conditioner was erratic—blasting hot air one moment, freezing the next. Communication with staff was difficult. We speak Spanish and English, but it was still nearly impossible to get help. No manager was available when I tried to report our concerns. We left the next morning and booked another Marriott nearby, where we received the quality we’re used to. My honest recommendation: Avoid this location until a full renovation is completed.

I asked the man at the front desk for help unloading my car and bringing all of my luggage to my room. I asked on the phone before we arrived and I also asked in person. He told me that he attempted to reach his housekeeping staff to ask someone on that team to assist me. No one ever did. The grounds and hotel, in general, felt unsafe, was extremely loud at all hours, was dirty, and was not welcoming. People right next to our room were loud until late at night. People near our room were smoking marijuana for hours one night and also the following morning. The smoke was coming into our room. Staying at the hotel was a very bad experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again and I will tell others not to do so.

Our room 324 was located in an inconvenient area of the property. At night The walkway was completely dark leading to the room. Not sure if the lights don’t work or no one remembered to turn them on. The plumbing in the downstairs bathroom was horrible. The sink and shower were backed up and slow to drain. Carpet was dirty throughout the room and the room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk receptionist offered to move us from building 3 to building 4 but into the same room which would still be in an inconvenient location. Overall The property in general seems a little run down. I never usually have any issues with the residence inn by Marriott. Would not stay here again

This property lacked maintenance in and outside the building. Our room didn’t have proper plumbing running through the toilet and the bathroom sink. Light fixture wasn’t functional in the kitchen area of the suite. The plus was the waffles that were provided at breakfast that was served, but the rest of the options were mediocre.

The staff were very nice. The a/c in our room wasn’t working and they fixed it within 10 minutes of us contacting them. The facility is older and can use some updates/freshening up. The couch and the mattresses were uncomfortable. They seemed old and in need of replacing. However, the room was clean.

Terrible!! Stay away!

This is one of the worst properties I've ever stayed at. It's old but not well kept. The rooms stink like mold and old mustiness, there's not enough blankets sheets or pillows, when called, I was told they only have sheets, but I have to come pick it up. I have a toddler and that's not very easy to do. Everyone has been nice but that's the only good so far. Had it not been so late, I would refuse to stay here . I'm about in tears over this. I can't handle the smell, and there's an old fabreeze plug in, so it's just adding to the stink. I have asthma and migraines, both of which smells aggravate. I am not happy at all.
