Rules & Policy Details
Pool Usage:
The pool is naturally heated by the sun and does not have a separate heating system.
Professionally cleaned weekly. Additional cleaning upon request for $100.
Pet Rules:
$200 fee for up to 2 dogs.
Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture.
Guests must pick up after their pets ($50 fee for waste left behind).
Check-in/Out:

Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
Early check-ins/late check-outs subject to availability and additional fees.
No Smoking & No Parties:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors ($500 remediation fee).
Parties/events are not allowed without written permission.
Damage Policy:
$500 minimum fee for damages or improper use (e.g., flushing items other than toilet paper).

📅 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
✅ 100% refund if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before check-in
✅ 50% refund if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before check-in
❌ No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
