House Rules:
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (3) at any time.
Pets: No pets permitted per HOA rules.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $245 additional cleaning charge.
Luggage: Do not place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.
Note: We do not manage any adjacent condos and are not responsible for the occupants in those condos.
