Please note that the pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge of $287 plus tax, and pets are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet plus tax. Please clean the grill after each use.
Please enter the code on the front door to enter, if you want to use the garage, please use the code enlisted for access.
Please be careful if using the kayaks or bikes at your own risk.
The controls to the pool are located outside the screened lanai.

There is Tiki Lighting inside the Tiki Bar.

To operate the stove:
To turn on:
Hold down the lower center (|) until the light comes on "00". Then immediately hold down the individual (|) on the stove -- a, b, c, d, e -- you wish to activate. Once that selected store is activated, press "+" or "-" to adjust the power level.

To turn off:
Hold down the lower center (|) and everything should shut off when it is completely cooled down -- indicated by horizontal lines during the cool down.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Palm Harbor neighborhood is a quiet family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of sail boat country in Palm Coast, FL. Only minutes (by car) to the beach and very short distance to European Village with all the shops and restaurants, grocery shopping, dining and miles of walking and biking trails.

Getting Around:
You will need a car here. We do have Uber services when needed.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
