I booked three nights in the “Luxury suite” once we got there it was obvious it was the wrong room so they eventually moved us but to a same quality room I had to beg for them to refund me my other two nights because we just could not stay more than one night the room was dirty the locks did not work and the people above were stomping luckily we got refunded for the other two nights but they still had the nerve to charge me the first night with the luxury suite pricing horrible experience and pictures are definitely way off do not stay here

This is not a hotel or motel. And there is no registration desk. You text them when you get there, and they send somebody to give you a key to the apartment. The room was large, and had a nice balcony. And it was near everything in Palm Desert.

Overall, the property was decent for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the room needed to be swept more thoroughly. Additionally, after I checked out, I realized that I had been given the wrong room type. I had booked an upgraded room, but instead, I received a standard room.

We expected higher prices during the Stagecoach Festival, but our experience at Palm Desert Suites was still disappointing. At 12 PM, we received a call saying our room was ready, so we headed directly to the hotel and arrived at 2:30 PM. At check-in, we were told we’d need to pay an additional $45 to access the room before 4 PM—even though we were specifically told it was ready. This unexpected charge felt like price gouging and left a bad impression. On top of that, the room we booked was advertised as having a pool view, but it did not. The room itself was basic, which was fine for a two-star property, but the misleading details and extra fees made the stay feel less than honest.

Booked for Coachella. Super overpriced as the room was dirty, some furniture was broken (we need to ask for a couch in the picture they uploaded to Expedia), and we were given almost no toiletries! Weird hotel too as there’s no check in so we can’t drop our luggage in advance. The only positive was it’s very close to Coachella shuttle stop at Alberton’s.

We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it was amazing. The room was clean, remodeled, well decorated, and so spacious. We had a problem with the plumbing one of the days before we headed off to the Stagecoach festival and they came by very quickly to assess the issue and took care of it while we were gone. Would definitely stay here again.
