“Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. “Séjour merveilleux ; palais magnifique style néocolonial chic. En point de comparaison nous sommes allé déjeuner à la Mammounia (griandiose mais beaucoup moins cosy, par comparaison le Palais Ronsard n’a qu’une vingtaine de chambres) Après un dîner au palais Rhoul, nous avons été conforté dans notre choix ; le Palais Ronsard à vraiment notre préférence vis a vis des autres offres. Un petit bémol à prendre en compte : il est situé un peu à l’extérieur de Marrakech ; ce qui n’a absolument pas été……

“Staff are amazing and accommodative. Kasbah was as you’d expect and was very authentically Moroccan. Food is far more expensive than expected BUT it was some of the best we experienced during our trip. They also made sure everything was freshly prepared and would cook additional items they knew we liked. The staff member Hamid was a gentleman and gave us a great insight into the culture, people and food. He is a huge asset to the Kasbah. ”

“Great Place to be, I was supposed to be there in 2023 around the time of the earthquake, end up going to Tanger but we was able to come this time. Place is charming and inviting, you will feel like it’s your home away from home. Marrakesh is a cacophony of sounds and voices and but the people are still the best I met. You won’t regret!”

“We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic.”
