Great location. Reasonable room rates. Close to shops, restaurants and casino. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Jacuzzi was out of order, as was the ice machine, which was disappointing. There weren’t enough lounge chairs at the pool for everyone this trip, so we had to leave our stuff on the side of the pool and sit on the stairs in the water in the pool. The room we had this trip was closer to a main street, and you could hear the traffic outside at times, which wasn’t the case in previous trips at different parts of the hotel. Overall, a solid choice for hotels in downtown Palm Springs.

We were abruptly awakened at 5 am by a blaring, loud, shrieking noise in our room, which was scary & frightening. It turned to be a sound machine, set to go off at 5 am. We were unable to go back to sleep & i was basically told i should have checked this odd-looking white box prior to going to sleep to check for an alarm. Upon check-out, we were offered free champagne at 8 am or 25% off of a future spa treatment. Very Poor customer service, would not recommend this hotel.

Grounds and pool were very pretty. Breakfast was very disappointing. Stairs, but no elevator. Room was small and cave-like. Bathroom was small with very little counter space. Too many pool rules. Touted as a "boutique hotel", but nothing was special.

This was our second stay at the Andreas Hotel, and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Downtown, making everything super convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool! We’ll definitely be coming back again! If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. It’s a sugar bomb! With items like two pastries, sugary yogurt, orange juice, and a granola bar. It would be great to see healthier options that include some protein and healthy fats—or even a small discount for breakfast at one of the excellent nearby spots.

We were in town for Coachella so the location was perfect. Our flight landed early so we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we walked downtown. Nubia at the bar was great! As well as most of the ladies working the front desk. One lady was not my favorite, sort of stand offish but other than that everything was great.

We found this place on google while traveling. Lovely boutique hotel with every amenity. Karl was super friendly, the location is perfect, close to everything but small and quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool and fireplace seating areas. Nice breakfast available in the morning, great sitting /gathering room with coffee/tea, fruit and candy available all day. We stayed in the standard queen room and it is small but very nice, well appointed and very comfortable. Will definitely make a point to come back.
