*Pets must be HOUSE-TRAINED, well-behaved (NO BARKING EITHER), and up-to-date on all vaccinations. NO vicious breeds due to insurance limitations.
*Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds (You can bring your own blankets for the beds if you can't keep the pets off).

For the optimal pool experience, Juan, our pool specialist, performs essential maintenance on Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon. His work is crucial for ensuring clean and safe water and typically concludes within 20 minutes. We kindly request your cooperation during this brief period to facilitate access. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in maintaining our pool's excellence! In addition our gardeners come on Thursday afternoons.
The courtyard and patio area of our rental property offer a cozy and inviting space for relaxation, dining, or entertaining. The outdoor area is equipped with a natural gas BBQ grill for cooking delicious meals, and a dining table that can accommodate up to six people. You can enjoy the beautiful desert scenery while surrounded by a variety of desert plants. On cooler evenings, you can gather around the fire pit for warmth and relaxation. We are proud to share that our rental property is fully permitted by the City of La Quinta and has a Short Term Rental Permit #107429
