Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was a nasty stain on the couch. The shower was a bit stained as well. All in all it just seemed like the room was old and tired.

One of the beds’s covers had blood stain on it, and the sheets seem to have either detergent or semen stains. The other bed appeared to be fine so we used that bed. And we got charged 27 dollars for two bottles of water. One small bottle and one big bottle.

The lady that checked us in was very sweet. We did not enjoy the room though… it had a very old smell, not pleasant. The furniture was all scratched. The place needs a whole renovation. The TV is was bothered me the most. It did not work. The screen kept going green. I could not call the front desk from the room.

As others have said, the breakfast was wonderful!! Lots of choices! The facility is old, a bit rundown and definitely needs updating. Some rooms were better than others. We played chess but each color was missing one piece. The pickleball is not included. It is a separate company and separate fee. I probably would not stay there again.

Excellent experience and unparalleled value for the money. All suite rooms, sitting area and separate bedroom, includes easy to access pool area and pool views, complimentary happy hour and cooked to order breakfast. Staff was all so friendly and extremely accommodating, from checkin to the dining crew, they made the experience a wonderful one. Highly recommend and will be back.

Started by toilet not working, maintenance has to be called & thankfully it was a easy quick fix, after we went to pool which was extremely packed with dirty towels everywhere and no clean towels, pool was dirty and a bunch of bratty kids squirting water at everyone, a large family over taking the pool while playing with ball. Back to room the couch was horrific, definitely needs a deep cleaning along with the 2 dining chairs. Small leak coming from a tube that leads to kitchenette sink and dripped all night. Plus got waken up at 5am by the upstairs guests walking around, can hear every single step. Place needs to be remodeled and cleaned better. Would not be returning. Had I not paid on here where it’s non refundable, I would have had hotel reimburse me and left to another hotel. $200+ for the night not worth it!

The outside property and pool area is ok. Pool needs better cleaning, grounds were good. The inside room was terrible. Very rundown, bathroom was not cleaned good, found blood on the door. Called for housekeeping, they wiped the door but tub still had hair in it, tiles were broken and moldy, rust around the door, etc. needs serious renovation. Breakfast was very good.

I liked that the check in staff were friendly. They remembered my name throughout my stay. The maintenance person responded quickly to our request for assistance with our A/C unit. I would have liked more of a variety of snacks for the evening hosted reception. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was once a nice property. It is run down and not cleaned properly and the other guests were actually chatting together about it at the pool. I was staying with our young daughter and our room was dirty. The bedding and towels appeared to be changed but other than that, I could tell it was tidied up quickly and turned over. The floor was not vacuumed and the windows had huge greasy handprints on them. There was dried food on the dining table and I don’t know what on the bathroom counter. The gentleman checking us in and the manager upon check in were friendly and kind. I approached the front desk two other times with simple questions and the front desk staff was very unfriendly. Charging a fee for parking a vehicle is also ridiculous as it is not secured and the hotel actually shares a parking lot with a pickle ball facility. I’m giving 3 stars because the place was peaceful and family friendly (Mon-Wed stay) and the pool was fun for my daughter. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but the hotel needs to be aware of where improvements need to be made.

The rooms were very big and spacious. The furniture was a little outdated not very much amenities available and bathroom was small. Staff were friendly and they had great breakfast service. You have to pay for parking. I believe it was $15 a night. Overall, it was a three star hotel as stated.
