Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience at Jazz. It was Memorial Day weekend and that may have been part of it but it was not adults only and the child was in the room next to us and very loud though the walls. Additionally, guests had personal speakers on at the pool with loud party music making it impossible to take an afternoon nap in your room. The quarters around the pool and pool itself are very tight. We felt cramped and didn't find it peaceful or relaxing. Beware, there are no staff on sight except housekeeping so no one to monitor pool behavior or guest rowdiness. However, it was clean and I requested a refund for the second night and was given it very easily, which saved our vacation.

Everything far exceeded our expectations. We booked one night stop over and honestly wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Very quiet and cozy with a really great retro vibe. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the greater Palm Springs area and this was by far my favorite.

A gem in the desert, we absolutely loved our stay. Seamless check in and checkout. Adult/couple friendly. We only saw couples as we were also a couple, clean room and all around beautiful atmosphere. Very intimate and private. We will be back.

Amazing property! Our stay was amazing! We had 0 complaints! The check-in was tricky luckily staff super helpful! Close to everything palm springs has to offer! Pool was perfect, and the lounge has a microwave and ice machine and coffee! It felt like your own personal kitchen! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel! The hotel is pristine CLEAN, modern designed and quiet with private back yard. This is a hidden gem and definitely coming back here again. All the staff are friendly and approachable. The service is excellent👌 and smoothly check in. Everything is well organized in this hotel. I strongly recommended to everyone who wanted peace and quiet while in Palm Springs.
