My Room wasn’t the cleanest but my interaction with the staff and other guest visiting was magnificent which made the trip well worth it.

We travel all over the world and after being here three times the restaurant has average food that s wildly overpriced, and like everywhere else in this entire hotel service is at a bare minimum. God forbid you wanted to get two drinks over five or six hour period at the pool it would be impossible. The girls just stand around and talk to the other staff members and even going up to the bar at the pool is difficult to get a drink. Another extremely irritating thing they do is they offer you the lousiest wine , complimentary between four and five, but if you were standing there and somebody else was in front of you and it hit 5 o'clock, they'd say sorry and wouldn't pour you a little 2 ounce glass, It happened during each of our stays We stayed at the hotel twice in the last month and for a total of five days ... I think we gave it a very fair assessment

As usual the Rowan always delivers. From the stunning views at the rooftop pool to the snacks, coffee and social hours. I always stay at this hotel because of these things. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great property in a great location, but quite noisy when other guests speak in the hallway or in the adjacent room. Also, I wish they had dedicated “quiet floors” that are not offered to guests with babies and toddlers.

Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option ton self park.

Front desk clerk - Deja- was horrible. The most disrespectful person I have encountered in a very long time. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Be careful if you complain. The rest of the staff is immediately informed and they all avoid you and treat you like you have a contagious disease. For the prices we paid, this person at the front desk set the tone for the remainder of our stay. She should be fired and not permitted to work anywhere she has to interact with the public. Maybe a remote job although I am sure her true colors would come out as well. In addition, she is prejudiced against LGBTQ individuals. There are plenty of other places to stay in Palm Springs. Don’t stay here as it is not worth the hype.

The air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night. They reset it and sent someone in to check it who tried to tell me it was on the whole time. It wasn’t. Then the fire alarm started going off in the early morning. I come out my room and someone tells me it’s a fire drill. I call the front desk and they confirm. Said they left notes in the rooms and told me at check in. They did not. Unfortunately not a great experience and worse, they tried to cover it up instead of taking responsibility for it. Any other hotel would have comped the stay. The GM should fire himself.

I thought the $59. resort fee was very high. The only "resort" amenity is the pool. We pay for the bar, restaurant & room, plus tipping.
