The house has a very open feeling, with it's mid-century modern contemporary furnishings and cool color palette. Guest will enjoy a full well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all tableware and utensils. The living area is very comfortable for lounging with table for dining, fireplace, and seating area for relaxing. The sun porch is also a quiet relaxing spot and TV room where you'll also find plenty of Palm Springs reading material for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is spacious, well-appointed with a tiled bathroom with a walk in rain shower, mirror, hair dryer, with liquid hand & shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided. The guest room allows for additional sleeping accommodations for up to 2 more people. Both are queen beds, complete with linens.
Cable TV, Roku TV, Wi-Fi for your devices, washer/dryer, pool service, iron, all linens and other amenities are all part of the nightly or weekly rate. A $150 final cleaning charge per stay will apply. Please note that an optional pool heating charge of $54 per night rented will apply if pool heat is requested.
