It was a nice hotel , but the shower was broken and it took sometime to get it to run right, the coffee pot did not work. The guy making the food at the pool was rude and it took 30 min waiting to put my order in. I was the only one in line. He just made me wait until he was ready.

I really loved how big the rooms where perfect for a family. Having to have a kitchen was so nice. We loved the pool too.

The overall property was beautiful, there was some staff who were very helpful and others who were not and seemed annoyed. The cleanliness of our room upon arrival was atrocious, we used the pull out bed sofa that had bloodied sheets…there was blood stains also randomly through the room. The shower also seemed to not have been cleaned throughly and soaps not restocked. When we did call the cleaning staff they were quick to respond and said it was unacceptable and came to fix the problem once we left the room. (The head cleaning lady did mention that we weren’t the only room to complain about the room’s appearance) After bringing up the problem it felt as though some staff resented us…I honestly would probably never stay here again.

Had a handicap room with bathroom vanity just above my knee. It would have helped to provide that information when they gave us the room. Found a cooked chicken in microwave, not mine. Told front desk he was totally not interested in knowing however later another person at front desk offered to do another cleaning of room. Also dishwasher from previous guests was not emptied..

What I loved is that you have a whole apartment with full stove and oven if you are taking your family. They also provide a washer and dryer. So the actual living accommodations we’re comfortable. My husband can’t go up two flights of stairs due to his physical limitations. There isn’t an elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage upstairs. They were able to accommodate a room on the first floor. There Really is no restaurant other than poolside bar with limited hours. They made you talk to the vacation sales before you got your room. You weren’t obligated to sit through a presentation, but this was awkward. This property is really for families with children, so if that type of travel fits, the place is great with a pool and lots of activities for the kids and family. Since it was my husband and me, it was a little noisier than what we expected

We had requested to have a view of the mountains from the room. We really didn’t have a few of anything. Not the mountains, not The Swimming Pool, it was a view of the parking lot more or less.
