Major Disappointment
Booked based on positive reviews, but suspect they’re fake. Worst hotel experience globally, poor quality, service, and value. Noisy, unsafe area with strip club opposite; ideal only for Mega Park partying. Skip it for better Mallorca options.
Key issues:
1. Blood on arrival bed sheets (reported, got leaky Prosecco as “sorry” – soaked wife’s bag).
2. No water after day 1; water stains on ceiling.
3. Constant street noise; felt unsafe.
4. Terrible food: caused diarrhea/stomach pain; greasy breakfast, no basics like tomatoes.
5. Tense dining: managers hovering, scaring staff.
6. Tiny towels, often missing; beach towels unchanged.
7. Iron removed after one night; had to request repeatedly.
8. No parking; circled streets daily.
9. Windy pool unused; cold spa with broken jets.
10. Strict 11am checkout, no flexibility.
11. Denied cousin room access despite reservation and prior notice – had to wait for us.
Other reviews confirm: rude staff, unfit food, dirty pools, seedy vibe with beach needles. Abysmal value – avoid!
